Nowadays, with wedding blogs and DIY books readily available, more and more couples are opting to plan their own wedding. While there is nothing wrong with this, one thing is for sure - you cannot coordinate your wedding day! Monica and Samuel were aware of that and hired me to watch over the details of their big day. They did the wedding planning all by themselves and created a very detail-loving celebration at the Lake of Zurich. The venue they chose was a perfect match for a relaxed wedding with a flair of Provence. Moschti Stäfa is beautifully located and offers views over the vineyards and the lake.
We met a few weeks before their big day and discussed all the details they planned. I then created the wedding day timeline and contacted all booked vendors to confirm. On the day itself I first met the couple and after that headed to the venue to help set up ceremony and reception. I watched the timings and coordinated each step with the particular suppliers throughout the day. I felt honored to be a part of this absolutely amazing day.
Even if you're having a small, intimate wedding, a day-of coordinator may be a good investment. Trust me, it really helps when you wake up on your wedding day and know that the only thing you have to worry about is getting married. A day-of coordinator can relieve a lot of stress and make your wedding day more enjoyable. You can cherish all the special moments with your family and friends without stressing. Entrust your special day to a wedding professional with the experience and flexibility to handle any last-minute changes that may come up, so you can enjoy your celebration and create lifetime memories.
